1. Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data: (a) Passive data — anonymized behavioral signals such as browsing history, music taste, screen time, and brand searches, collected only when you actively enable it under "My Data"; (b) Active data — photos, videos, and voice recordings you submit for specific Data Tasks, along with the GPS coordinates captured at submission time for verification.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: assess quality through AI-Powered Validation, calculate rewards, aggregate it into Data Packages, and license or sell it to Partners for AI model training, market research, and other lawful commercial purposes.
3. Anonymization
Before storage or inclusion in a Data Package, your Data is processed through our Anonymization Engine to remove personally identifiable information (PII) — names, phone numbers, addresses, or ID numbers appearing in the content. Partners cannot trace Data back to your real identity.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Your anonymized Data may be packaged into one or more Data Packages and licensed on a NON-EXCLUSIVE basis to multiple different Partners, simultaneously or at different times. We do not directly share your personally identifiable account information (email, registered phone number) with Partners.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access and review your submission history; turn off any passive data category at any time (this applies only to data collected after you turn it off); and request account deletion. Data that was already approved and licensed to Partners prior to your request cannot be withdrawn, per the Terms of Use.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. However, no system is completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as you use the Platform and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Anonymized data already included in a sold Data Package may be retained indefinitely under the license already granted.
8. Children
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 unless a legal guardian has consented. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

This Policy may be updated from time to time; the latest version is always posted on this page.
